Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods (the last item, in the case of split deliveries from a single order).

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment as in the original transaction; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days expire. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
