§ 1 Scope and provider

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via this online shop with HLI GmbH & Co. KG, Hollefeldstraße 46, 48282 Emsdetten, Deutschland ("we" / "the seller"). The version valid at the time of the order applies.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The display of products is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order/pay button you make a binding offer to purchase the items in the cart. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or by executing it.

§ 3 Prices and shipping

All prices are final prices. Under the small-business rule (§ 19 German VAT Act) no VAT is shown. A flat shipping fee of €7.90 per order applies. See the "Shipping & Payment" page for details.

§ 4 Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe. Available methods are those shown during checkout (Credit and debit card (incl. Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Link, Klarna, Amazon Pay, Bancontact, EPS, BLIK, MB WAY and Satispay. Which methods are available depends on your country and the options shown during checkout.) Your payment is captured upon completion of the order.

§ 5 Delivery

Goods are produced individually on demand and then shipped to the countries selectable during checkout. Delivery and production times are stated on the "Shipping & Payment" page.

§ 6 Retention of title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; see our withdrawal policy.

§ 8 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 9 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Otherwise liability is excluded. Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

§ 10 Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 11 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected. The contract language is German.
